The bit that you as a domain admin need to worry about is the section headed: "Special rules for adminSDHolder Protected Accounts" Ideally you should not be running as a domain I had to remove domain admin from my account though and will spend the day tomorrow changing permissions on the file server for myself and the other admin's. Also check the send as permissions for the BESAdmin user on the users account as well and make sure that the user is not a domain admin as this cooks BES We are running BES Express 5.0.2 (Bundle 14). In my case it took hours on the phone wwith Cingular and RIM before we identified the problem. then restarting the Exchange Information Store and BB services did the trick. I logged into my AD server and see that my Send As permissions have been removed from my account again.
