A friend (post above) got his problem fixed by me sending my filesystem_steam.dll to him and him overwriting his. When i played the game it worked perfectly. It used to work on Vista. :P didn't everything... If the FileSystem_Steam.dll file is not in the DLL Cache, or the DLL Cache is corrupted, you will be prompted to insert the Windows installation disc to recover the original files. About filesystem_steam.dll there´s no solution.
