I right-click on setup.exe and run as admin, it gets me into the setup and everything seems ok until I tell it to actually install and then I error out as Any help would be greatly appreacaited. I checked my services and i do have that service and it is running.

just waiting for the rollup to be applied to the servers to see if that resolves the issue or not. i was able uninstall that and now i am trying to install it again.. If your server has rollup 1 on it, then the client with EMC on it needs rollup. I am currently installing the Exchange 2010 SP2 tools on a Server 2008R2 box in preparation for O365 integration. Not a member? I installed RSAT on my W7x64 machine, then I followed these instructions.
