If any thing has changed since that cert was issued, it may not reflect correctly in PKIView. Intregued, I decided to check a few things: I could download the CRL from both CDP locations with Internet Exporer I could open the downloaded CRLs I could telnet to Delta Crl Location Expired Sorry guys! One of the AIA's is a file path, so it fails. If I copy the URL, the CRL downloads fine.

I just reforced the CAs cert. outside of that, is there any real harm? Installed an offline root CA...and then configured an Enterprise sub CA. Certutil -crl I can access/open them with no security issues.
